DEM estimation algorithm based on offset correction for GNSS-based InBSAR

DEM with low accuracy will bring offsets to the target position in the imaging results. For GNSS-based InBSAR, the system has the characteristics of low bandwidth and poor resolution, and the offset phenomenon will be aggravated. Therefore, DEM estimation algorithm based on offset correction is proposed. The algorithm introduces the least squares to obtain the local DEM. Then, the offset estimation variance and the resolution cell size are used to determine the imaging range. Finally, the optimal global DEM is obtained based on the offset. The algorithm reduces the offset effect caused by low-precision DEM, and the measured data confirm the effectiveness of the algorithm
