Planning of PV Energy Storage in Distribution Networks Considering Reliability and Resilience
Configuring PV and energy storage as a system can effectively reduce the uncertainty caused by PV access. The current planning of optical storage systems mostly considers the load demand of a single feeder line, without optimizing and allocating resources on a larger scale. A method for optimizing the configuration of grid based optical storage systems considering a balance between economy and resilience has been proposed. Firstly, based on the output model of the PV system, the regulation mechanism of the PV system under normal and extreme disaster scenarios was analyzed; Then, with the goal of achieving a Nash equilibrium of economy and resilience, considering constraints such as differences in the configuration requirements of different power supply units for the PV storage system within the grid, a two-layer optimization planning model for the PV storage system in the grid distribution network was established; Finally, optimize the configuration of the optical storage system for the actual distribution network. The results show that the proposed method can fully consider the configuration requirements of different power supply units within the grid, and maximize the resilience of the distribution network within limited investment.
