Design and experimental research of wave soldering electromagnetic pump
Wave soldering machine driven by electromagnetic pump is the future trend. According to the structure of the wave soldering electromagnetic pump, based on the magnetic field calculation of the motor, the induced current and Lorentz force is caculated, and the flow rate and developed pressure model of the electromagnetic pump is established. On this basis, combined with the Bernoulli equation of fluid dynamics, wave crest height calculation model of wave soldering electromagnetic pump is constructed. Finally, the theoretical model is verified by experiment. The results show that: within the operating frequency range, the prediction error of crest height is about 12%, indicating that the model can provide a theoretical basis for the design of wave soldering electromagnetic pumps.
