The Research on the Trading Settlement Model of the Medium and Long-Term Electricity Market Under the Background of Electricity Market Reform
This paper addresses the complexity of long-term transaction settlement in the electricity market. It proposes a solution based on the “settlement data decoupling” method to tackle the issues caused by data coupling in the settlement process. As the electricity market expands and more diverse market participants get involved. Traditional settlement systems face a large amount of complex and multi-source data. Making it difficult for the system to flexibly respond to changing business requirements and rules. In existing settlement systems, the high coupling between data and programs makes it challenging to expand and maintain, especially when handling multi-source data and frequently changing business rules. The proposed dataset model abstracts and structures the data before settlement, integrates multiple data sources, and achieves data decoupling. Thereby simplifying the calculation and maintenance process. Through dataset design, the system can shield the complex relationships of underlying data and process data from different sources in a unified manner. Avoiding the need to rebuild programs due to changes in data sources. Specific designs include data source definition, field item definition, unique constraint definition, and data persistence definition, which provide structured support for settlement calculations, enhancing system flexibility and adaptability. Using the calculation of power plant grid entry as a case study, the effectiveness of the dataset model in electricity settlement is validated. The results show that this method can reduce development workload, improve the engineering management level of the system, and make the settlement system more adaptable. In conclusion, the settlement data decoupling method based on the “dataset” model simplifies settlement processes, improves system efficiency and flexibility, and has significant practical significance and potential for widespread application.
