Research on virtual evaluation method of actual road scenarios energy consumption of new energy vehicles based on Entropy Method & Grey Relation Analysis

The actual road energy consumption is the key performance index of new energy vehicles, and how to evaluate the energy consumption of vehicles in different road scenarios more comprehensively and effectively has become a research hotspot in the industry. In this paper, a virtual energy consumption evaluation method based on “online map + evaluation model” is proposed to realize the integration of vehicle actual road scenes and high-precision models, extract energy consumption indicators under different scenarios, and use Entropy Method and Grey Relation Analysis method to comprehensively evaluate the actual energy consumption data of vehicles under different scenarios. Taking two typical electric vehicles as examples, the energy consumption performance of vehicles in different scenarios in four cities for multiple days is comprehensively analyzed. The results show that: The order of correlation coefficient of model A index is: Ultra-Low temperature congestion > Ultra-Low temperature smooth > Medium-Low temperature congestion > Low temperature congestion > High temperature congestion > Low temperature smooth > Medium-Low temperature smooth > High temperature smooth > Normal temperature congestion > Normal temperature smooth. The order of correlation coefficient of model B index is: Ultra-Low temperature congestion > Ultra-Low temperature smooth > Low temperature congestion > Low temperature smooth > High temperature congestion > Medium-Low temperature congestion > Normal temperature congestion > High temperature smooth > Medium-Low temperature smooth > Normal temperature smooth. Under the same evaluation conditions, the comprehensive performance of model A is better than model B, and the effectiveness of the algorithm is verified.
