Analysis of Power-Side Carbon Trading in Industrial Parks Considering Carbon Capture
In order to improve the consumption of wind and solar, achieve the dual carbon goals, and achieve the goal of new energy consumption and carbon emission reduction of carbon capture power plants, an integrated dispatching model of carbon capture power plants with liquid storage systems, wind power, photovoltaic and user loads was established, and five different scenarios were discussed on the power supply side, including whether there is a liquid storage system and whether there is demand response participation. The results show that the storage carbon capture power plant has a better ability to reduce carbon emissions, and the curtailment cost of wind and solar power in scenarios 3, 4 and 5 is only less than 0.63 and 0.1 thousand yuan, which is helpful to promote wind power consumption, reduce costs, and ensure the low-carbon economic operation of the power plant.
