Determination of photometric Interaction of Oxytetracycline and Tylosin In Vitro and Some liver Biochemical Parameters After Injected in Sheep
The given of intramuscular single dose of oxytetracycline, tylosin and combination of oxytetracycline and tylosin to adult sheep at normal clinical dose, at level of significant p, < 0.05. The in vitro photometric absorbance show no significant changes. The injection show no significant changes on plasma glucose concentration and liver intercellular enzymes GPT and GOT concentration. There are significant decreases in total plasma cholesterol concentration (0.11mg/dl) and plasma triglyceride concentration (0.02 mg/dl) in group that injected with oxyteracycline and tylosin, but there are no significant changes in other lipid profile.
