Research on the Coordination of Manufacturing Quality Control and Production Efficiency Based on System Dynamics and TQM Theory

With the advent of the digital age, the rise of new quality productivity has put forward higher requirements for the development of the railway industry. The promotion of the six modernizations of railways has prompted continuous exploration and innovation in the field of railway production and manufacturing. This paper focuses on the production inspection management system of the Wuqing Railway Manufacturing Innovation Base, and explores in depth the conflict between quality control and production efficiency. This article aims to deeply analyze the conflict between quality control and production efficiency in the production inspection management system. With the dual support of "demand and theory", an effective coordination strategy, coordination framework, and method based on the theory of total quality management are proposed for the first time. Based on this theory, framework, and method, a scientific quality management system is established by comprehensively applying various quality management methods and tools. In depth research and practical verification are carried out from the aspects of system thinking, feedback mechanism, and time delay to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. The aim is to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for improving the production management level of the base and enhancing the quality of products and services.
