Research on Expert Intelligent PID Temperature Control Method for Super-large Climatic Laboratory based on Heat Load Feedforward
Precise control of the temperature field in a super-large climatic laboratory is an essential requirement of various climatic and environmental experiments. Given the characteristics of considerable time delay and much interference in the laboratory, this paper establishes a laboratory temperature control process model based on the technological flow of laboratory temperature regulation. A large-space temperature field controller with expert intelligent proportional-integral-derivative (PID) based on heat load feedforward is designed. The controller compensates for the temperature change brought by the simulated environmental thermal load in the test process by introducing the thermal load interference in the test process as a feedforward link, and adjusts the outer loop PID controller parameters in real-time based on expert knowledge. The experimental results show that this method can effectively suppress the thermal load interference of the climatic test and improve the response speed of the control process. The rise and drop in the temperature target curve can be accurately tracked, improving the control accuracy of the temperature field in a super-large space climatic laboratory.
