THE USE OF THE INSTITUTION OF RESIDENCE IN SOCIAL SECURITY RELATIONS
The article analyzes the practice of applying the institution of residence in social security relations, and notes the lack of a uniform approach to understanding the criteria for providing social support measures, including the place of residence. The author proposes to reformulate the principle of prohibiting the conditionality of rights by the place of registration in the law on freedom of movement, as well as to supplement the legislation of social security, indicating that the basis for granting measures is the existence of status, and the conditions for their provision are determined by law
