Comparative Study Between Two Products As ECTO-Parasite Neem Extract And Flumethrin On Buffaloes

The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of Flumethrin® and Neem extract Azadirachta indica on the liver enzymes AST, ALT, cholesterol, and creatinine. South of Iraq's capital city of Baghdad, in the province of Najaf, the study was conducted.  Animals were randomly selected and put into two groups. Group 1 received Flumethrin 1% treatment, whereas Group 2 received Neem extract. Blood samples were collected three times: once before the animal was treated, once after 24 hours of treatment, and finally, once the second dose of the treatment had been administered. After 48 hours following the first therapy, the third collection of blood was finally taken. All blood samples were transferred to the lab for further Liver enzyme analysis and were stored in an ice box at a temperature of 4 °C.  The statistical results showed that the effect of Neem extract and Flumethrin 1% did not change the levels of AST, ALT, cholesterol, and creatinine in the serum of animals treated with them. Get the same result in field after use Flumethrin and Neem Extract as action as ecto-parasites.
