5G MFH And PON Shared Fiber Optic System
With the rapid development of applications such as high-definition video streaming, video conferencing, and the Internet of Things, 5G fronthaul networks need to provide highspeed and low-latency networks, and the need to increase the density of base station construction, so that the number of base stations built by the telecommunications industry has increased greatly, so to build 5G base station fronthaul fiber optic network, the number of fiber optic construction will be increased significantly, the cost of fiber optic construction and the time frame will be the key issue for the construction of the 5G construction, and the traditional fiber optic network has long been built to reduce the cost of fiber optic construction and shorten the time frame for fiber distribution. As the traditional fiber optic network has been built for a long time, how to use the existing fiber optic network as 5G fronthaul network will reduce the cost of fiber optic construction and shorten the time of fiber optic deployment, and in the existing fiber optic distribution, the most common fiber optic network with the highest density of deployment is the fiber to the home service, and how to use fiber to the home of the PON network to transmit 5G fronthaul services, which will be the key to the 5G fronthaul network to reduce the cost of shortening the time of construction.
