Abstract

Electric vehicles [EV] demand fast, cost- effective, and dependable charging solutions for optimal performance. This paper introduces a novel framework encompassing wireless charging technology to alleviate the inconvenience associated with conventional wired systems. Embracing wireless charging not only eliminates the need for physical connections but also contributes to environmental and user-friendliness by obviating wires and mechanical connectors. This research presents an algorithm facilitating the discovery of nearby charging stations, empowering users to filter options based on charging rates or proximity. Furthermore, it investigates the traffic management strategies at charging stations, featuring options such as pre-booking capabilities at charging stations to streamline operations. Robust authentication mechanisms leveraging Open EV protocols are employed at charging stations to validate user registrations and booking details. Additionally, it also outlines an innovative battery management algorithm aimed at safeguarding battery health and preventing damage. This comprehensive framework addresses critical facets of wireless EV charging infrastructure, ensuring efficiency, convenience, and sustainability in the burgeoning domain of electric mobility.
