Multi-Role Unmanned Aerial Vehicle
This study investigates various aspects of fixedwing Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), from conceptual design to hardware implementation, focusing on control system development. Key UAV design characteristics and achievable flight modes are discussed. The mathematical model, including force, moment, and orientation equations, is presented. UAV Toolbox from MATLAB was used to develop control systems for stabilization and navigation. Controllers for pitch, yaw, roll, and altitude control loops were designed and tested. Results demonstrate the efficacy of these controllers in ensuring stable and responsive UAV performance across different flight scenarios.
