Three Phase Reduced Switch Count 19 level Inverter using a Three Phase Two level Inverter and four Single Phase H Bridges
A three-phase 19-level inverter topology is presented in this paper. The presented topology uses four single-phase H-bridges (HB) and a three-phase two-level inverter (TLI). This reduced switch topology utilizes 22 switches for its voltage level generation which is low compared to many other topologies. The nearest level modulation (NLM) technique is used for the voltage level generation. MATLAB simulation is done for the proposed scheme and a comparative table with other topologies is also shown.
