Development of a Multi-Sensor Hardware System for Smart Farming Application

Smart farming is becoming a game-changing method for managing resources and boosting crop yield in the era of precision agriculture. To improve agricultural techniques and increase crop output, smart agriculture makes use of cutting-edge technology like sensors and data analytics. With the help of this creative strategy, real-time monitoring and decision-making are made possible, resulting in more effective resource management and sustainable agricultural growth. This study describes the creation of a unique hardware solution for smart farming that makes use of several sensors to keep an eye on important environmental factors. The suggested system combines sensors for temperature, humidity, rainfall, NPK levels, and soil moisture to provide thorough data collection from a range of agricultural settings. The technology offers insightful information of the environmental elements impacting crop development and production by gathering real-time data on these critical parameters. This enables more informed decision-making and optimal farming techniques. The article provides an in-depth explanation of the hardware design, also provides a detailing the electric circuit and components utilized in the system. The results show how well the system works to gather and analyze data on a range of agricultural characteristics, including soil moisture, temperature, humidity, and NPK levels. These findings demonstrate how the system might enable more accurate, data-driven approaches to agriculture, which could completely transform contemporary farming methods.
