Predicting Potential Targets of Hyoscyamus Niger Using Network Pharmacology and Molecular Docking for Rheumatoid Arthritis
Hyoscyamus is one of the most important and largest genera in the Solanaceae family, accounting for approximately 84 genera and over 3000 species. Hyoscyamus Niger has long been used as a sedative and pain reliever in medicine. The purpose of this study was to investigate the potential targets of the medicinal herbal plant Hyoscyamus niger, which grows in the Himalayan region, in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis using network pharmacology and molecular docking approaches.
