Analyzing the Impact of Artificial Intelligence on the Glass Ceiling and Glass Cliff Phenomena

Artificial intelligence (AI) can transform workplace relations and address long-standing issues of gender inequality, among other elements of modern society that it is modernizing. The impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on the glass ceiling and glass cliff is examined in this essay. The term “glass ceiling” refers to subtle barriers that keep minorities and women from advancing in their careers, whereas the term “glass cliff” refers to the tendency for women to be nominated to leadership roles in emergencies or other severe conditions. Within the five private institutions in the Solan District of Himachal Pradesh, India, data were gathered using a structured questionnaire as part of the current study's primary research technique. The study's key conclusions highlight how AI can influence positive change and advance greater equity and diversity in corporate leadership roles. According to this study, artificial intelligence (AI) promotes professional growth and helps avert the Glass Ceiling in the education industry.
