Performance Test of A Vibration Frequency Sensing System of Double Equal Strength Cantilever Beam Fiber Grating
This paper mainly conducts sensitivity test experiment, linearity analysis experiment, natural frequency test experiment and lateral anti-interference test on the designed FBG vibration frequency sensor. It is found that the sensor's sensitivity is 0.0240 pm/(m·s-2), natural frequency is 185 Hz, and it has good linearity and lateral anti-interference. The reliability of the sensor design is verified.
