Study the causes of damage to 5G time sources

In response to the vulnerability of Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) signals, we successfully demonstrated the factors that affect the signal quality of GNSS receivers and proposed installation guidelines for GNSS receivers. Through the proposed installation guidelines for GNSS receivers, interference from the outside can be effectively eliminated and the quality of received GNSS signals can be improved. The current equipment in the telecommunication facilities that relies on GNSS signals does not have an early warning mechanism for jamming and spoofing interference signals. It is necessary to wait until the service is affected before the problem is known. We need to plan and build a GNSS antiinterference protection system to ensure that when abnormal phenomena occur, we can avoid relying on GNSS signal equipment to track inaccurate signals and affecting service quality for precision time protocol (PTP) timing errors.
