Study on Cyber-Physical power System fault recovery under collaborative information

In order to recover fault services quickly and effectively, a collaborative recovery model of power communication network after fault is first established in this paper. Based on the two-layer programming method, the objective functions of the upper and lower models are designed to select the optimal link recovery scheme. Then the model is solved based on the Q algorithm of reinforcement learning, and the optimal link recovery strategy is obtained under the condition of limited resources, so as to achieve the goal of quickly recovering the most power services. The simulation of the information physical network based on IEEE39-node 10-machine New England system shows that in fault recovery, all power faults can be recovered at a faster speed, and the overall load recovery level is higher than that without considering the synergistic information.
