Optimal Scheduling of Thermal-Solar Power Considering Carbon Emission Based on Evolutionary Programming Algorithm
The integration of thermal and solar power systems presents a promising approach to optimizing energy production while addressing environmental concerns. This paper proposes an evolutionary programming algorithm to achieve optimal scheduling of thermal-solar power systems with a focus on minimizing carbon emissions. The methodology involves formulating an objective function that balances energy production efficiency with carbon emission reduction. The evolutionary programming algorithm, known for its adaptability and robustness in complex optimization problems, is employed to explore and determine the most effective scheduling strategies. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed approach significantly reduces carbon emissions compared to conventional scheduling methods while maintaining reliable energy supply. The findings underscore the potential of evolutionary programming in advancing sustainable energy solutions and offer valuable insights for future developments in power system management.
