Monitoring of Adverse Working Conditions in Distribution Station Area based on RPA
The traditional monitoring and fault diagnosis methods for poor working conditions in distribution stations often rely on manual labor, and their efficiency and accuracy are affected by personnel status, making it difficult to achieve rapid and accurate analysis. At present, the application of automation technology in the field of power has become one of the important means to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and provide reliable power supply. RPA (robotic process automation) technology has the ability to solve complex, time-consuming, and laborious repetitive tasks, forming a systematic monitoring and prediction system, helping grassroots personnel reduce their burden and improve work efficiency. To improve the quality of power supply services, it is particularly important to address poor working conditions in the distribution station area. Through real-time monitoring of low voltage, heavy overload distribution transformers, and other situations, a warning mechanism is formed to improve the rectification cycle of abnormal distribution transformers and ensure the quality of power supply in the distribution station area. Through RPA technology, automatic collection of equipment data can be achieved through regular inspection and maintenance tasks, and alerts can be triggered in a timely manner to remind key maintenance when problems are detected. Meanwhile, the application of RPA technology has also increased the frequency of power equipment status monitoring. This article aims to explore in depth the application of RPA robots in monitoring poor working conditions in the distribution station area.
