Research On Key Technologies For Power Outage Reporting In The Electricity Information Acquisition System

The timely reporting of outage information and the identification of power outage subjects for electricity users and station area are the key to power grid operation and maintenance. This paper analyzes the shortcomings for the generation mechanism of the existing electric energy meter and the acquisition terminal power outage event and proposes an optimization strategy to solve the problem of false alarm about power outage event caused by grid switching and voltage shaking. At the same time, an optimization strategy based on four-level filtering and two- level response mechanism was proposed for the electric energy meter’s power outage events reporting which solved the frequent reporting of electric energy meter power outages. In addition, the optimization strategy is proposed from two aspects: abnormal self-monitoring of the acquisition terminal program and battery operation monitoring, which solves the problems of repeated reporting about power outage events due to abnormal programs and omissions and non-reporting the power outage event caused by insufficient battery capacity, and realizes the stability and reliability of the power outage and power recovery events reported by the acquisition terminal. Finally, this paper proposes a five-level power outage judgment strategy for the master station to accurately locate the scope of fault power outage and provide guidance for timely investigation of fault power outage.
