Techno-economic and environmental analysis of Amity University Noida rooftop SPV generation: Towards a Net zero future

Solar power is more powerful than most people realize and is the most abundant source of energy. By utilizing solar PV panels, which transform sunlight into electrical energy, we can harness the power of the sun. To meet the educational campus’ energy needs, an on-grid solar photovoltaic (SPV) plant is assessed and examined in this study. Alongside extensive economic and environmental assessments are provided, together with detailed financial and technical statistics pertaining to system aspects. PVsyst is used to help the system’s technical evaluation, economic analysis, and design. The analysis’s conclusions led to the conclusion that the PV installation is expected to produce 100 KWh of energy. The system shows a performance ratio of 81.51%, with a total efficiency of 15.3%.
