Real-Time Disaster Response with LoRa: A Multi-Sensor Approach
The LoRa based disaster response and management system aims to create a strong and flexible communication network for emergency - responding teams. The primary goal is to improve efficacy and efficiency during crises. The implementation of LoRa technology represents an innovative solution to enhance the coordination and effectiveness of emergency services. The system facilitates quick deployment and enables continuous environmental surveillance via sensors and GPS tracking solutions. We have proposed an alarm system to share information with affected people and immediate respondents. LoRa (Long Range) technology is ideal for creating a durable, adaptable, and resilient communication network in disaster-stricken areas where traditional communication infrastructure may face risks or vulnerability. Overall, system helps to strengthen disaster preparedness and response mechanisms.
