Using Parameter Calibration and Influence Coefficient Method for Measuring Unbalance Quantity in Hard-Bearing Balancing Machine
Analyze the imbalance of a rigid rotor, establish a dynamic model for a rigid rotor within a dynamic balancing machine, and investigate the correlation between the rotor system's vibration response and its imbalance. Theoretical analysis is employed to construct models aimed at solving and calibrating imbalance quantities. Owing to the nonlinear relationship between vibration signals and imbalance, a black-box theory approach is adopted. Building on traditional permanent calibration methods, a sophisticated influence coefficient method based on least squares is utilized to enhance the system's resolution accuracy. The measurement signals of the dynamic balancing system are analyzed to extract their key features. Special attention is given to the characteristics of vibration signals during varying rotational speeds, and techniques such as piezoelectric signal charge amplification, tracking filtering, and trigger signal acquisition are explored.
