Design of Intelligent Wearable Device for Health Monitoring of Power Distribution Network Operators

The operational status of power distribution network maintenance operator might be influenced by many factors, such as the hazardous working environment and complex electromagnetic environment, as well as the health status, mood, and psychological pressure of maintenance operators themselves. Developing intelligent wearable devices specifically designed for maintenance operators in power distribution network system, monitoring their work status in real-time, ensuring their safety, and providing early warning for abnormal conditions, is of great significance for power distribution network enterprises to practice the "people-oriented" management concept, and provide effective humanistic care for operators. In this paper, an intelligent wearable device is designed for real-time monitoring of the health status of maintenance operators in power distribution network systems. The design fully considers the collection of various parameters that can reflect the health status of maintenance operators, including heart rate, blood oxygen, EEG data, etc., and considers wearing comfort. By integrating the supporting embedded software design and communication module, it can effectively analyze the real-time health status of workers and achieve timely warning of abnormal states.
