Research on Mechanical Polishing System Based on Visual Recognition Technology

This article aims to explore the design and implementation of a mechanical polishing system based on visual recognition technology. With the rapid development of industrial automation and intelligent manufacturing, the application of robot technology in the field of mechanical polishing is becoming increasingly widespread. This article proposes a polishing system that combines computer vision and robotics technology, which can achieve efficient and precise polishing of workpieces, improve production efficiency and product quality. Through visual recognition technology, the system can automatically detect the position, shape, and surface defects of the workpiece, and adjust the polishing path and parameters accordingly, achieving intelligent polishing.
