PROBLEMS OF STRUCTURAL TRANSFORMATIONS OF PRODUCTION SYSTEMS IN THE RUSSIAN ARCTIC
Currently, the problems of industrial production development in difficult conditions of limited resources and financing are becoming increasingly important, which is due to the demand for restoring the full chain of production, processing, as well as the need to improve the efficiency of production and the economy of enterprises in hard-to-reach areas or difficult production conditions, including in the Arctic zones. The scientific problem is to analyze and search for new directions for substantiating the need for structural transformations and effective management of the process of development of production systems. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of scientific and applied publications in order to identify current trends, achievements and promising areas in this area. The novelty of the study can be called not only a critical analysis of existing technologies and practices, but also a proposal of conceptual solutions that can be adapted and applied to transform production systems in the Arctic, taking into account its unique economic, territorial and environmental conditions for the functioning of production systems. The practical significance lies in the formation of an approach to identifying production systems as objects of structural transformation into points of economic growth.
