PRESERVATION OF CONSUMER COOPERATION IN BELARUS AS A TOOL OF SOCIAL INVOLVEMENT OF AUTHORITIES IN SUPPORTING REMOTE SETTLEMENTS

The Republic of Belarus provides significant support to consumer cooperation organizations. Lively discussions are underway on the advisability of its preservation, given the low efficiency of individual consumer societies compared to retail chains and industrial organizations, as well as the need for the continued functioning of these societies. In order to objectively assess the contribution of consumer cooperation to the development of the state, the article examines the features of the formation and development of consumer cooperation, shows its role and importance in the functioning of the state management system and regions.
