Enhancing Cardiovascular Health Monitoring and Diagnosis through Wearable Sensors with Reinforcement Learning-Driven Predictive Models
This research study focuses on the possibility of applying wearable sensor technology combined with RL-based predictive models for monitoring cardiovascular diseases diagnosis. Wearable sensors are direct, real-time measurements in contrast to indirect measurements obtained from conventional clinical tools as heart beat rate, blood pressure, and oxygen levels. RL algorithms enable the work of optimizing the existing predictive models based on the continuous analysis of patient data to identify early cardiovascular complications more accurately. The proposed system takes advantage of high flexibility of the reinforcement learning which adapts the of health assessments to the specific physiological peculiarities of a human body, thus enabling the accurate diagnosing and timely treatment. This approach not only enhances the capacity for detecting cardiovascular anomalies early but also provides a sustainable model for post release monitoring of such patients, which could help minimize the load on the healthcare system that caring for a large base of patients with cardiovascular diseases entails while improving the quality of the patients' lives.
