Contrasting to Spark Creativity in Software Development: Tactics Used By High-Performing Teams
Three decades of empirical research on high performing teams indicates that creativity can be promoted by a development culture that supports investigation of a wide range of design alternatives. This article describes “contrasting” and “creativity moves” as key development behaviors observed to support a culture of creativity.
