Nie ma uczniów – są ludzie. O podmiotowości na lekcjach języka polskiego w świetle wypowiedzi przyszłych nauczycieli polonistów

This article addresses the issue of subjectivity in Polish language lessons. In this context, the considerations of future Polish language teachers become relevant. Therefore, the author conducted a diagnostic survey among firstyear Polish philology students on the subjectivity of a pupil in Polish language lessons. The respondents presented, among other things, their own understanding of the concept of subjectivity, highlighted a number of determinants of subjectivity in culturalliterary and linguistic education, and identified when a pupil can feel like a subject and when this feeling can be threatened. Furthermore, they suggested ways to foster the subjectivity of pupils in Polish language lessons.
