Beyond Daylight: Impact of Satellite Inclination on Solar Panel Performance in Space-Based Power Systems
The increasing global demand for sustainable energy sources necessitates the optimization of solar power systems. Solar panels play a crucial role in generating renewable energy; however, their effectiveness can be impacted by multiple factors, such as the inclination of the satellite. This paper explores the impact of satellite inclination on solar panel performance in Space-Based Power Systems (SBPS) systems, emphasizing methods for enhancing efficiency, accuracy, voltage management, and power transmission. Through regression analysis of the angle of incidence and corresponding power output, This seeks to offer valuable insights for refining satellite designs and enhancing operational strategies within the framework of Space-Based Power Systems (SBPS).
