Empowering Education with AI: The Rise of Chatbots in Educational Institutions

AI has brought about change within many industries, one of which is within the education industry. This research aims to understand how educational organizations benefit from using AI chatbots with special reference to their function in supporting and responding to student queries and boosting student interest. Therefore, the research seeks to evaluate the efficacy of the student support chatbots to identify these improvements to the student experience as well as the general administration of the teaching process. Some initial assessments propose that AI chatbots effectively provide instant replies to students' queries, targeted admissions and academic support, and enhanced student participation. Given that this study highlights the potential for AI-powered chatbots to transform traditional support helplines, it calls for further research into the long-term impact of these technologies on the educational landscape
