The knowledge of these variables such as engine capacity, number of cylinders, and the weight of the vehicle goes a long way in enhancing models by engineers and researchers and general policies by distinct policymakers. Thus, the study focuses on the relevance of the predictive models in the most efficient fuel usage, the consideration of sustainability, as well as the further development of automotive engineering [1]. Linear regression is advocated as one of the important strategies of enhancing precision in predicting future values of variables on the basis of the past records.
