Application of the Scrum Methodology for the creation of a Business Resource Management System
This article presents the application of an agile methodology in the development of a business resource management system, whose main objective is to optimize the management of daily activities, resources and internal processes. The SCRUM methodology was applied, divided into four sprints: First, planning, where the tasks and priorities were defined. Second, development, in which the team worked on implementing features using C#, React, and Ant Design, according to the backlog. The third sprint was the review, where feedback is obtained to identify improvements. Finally, the retrospective where the performance was analyzed and adjustments proposed for the following sprints. The contribution of this development is crucial for the company, since it improves operational efficiency and facilitates informed decisionmaking, through the creation of catalogs and functionalities that optimize the management of internal processes.
