JUSTIFICATION OF THE EXPEDIENCY OF CREATING AN INTEGRATED SAFETY SYSTEM AT EXPLOSION AND FIRE-HAZARDOUS ENTERPRISES

The rationale for the expediency of creating an integrated safety system at explosion- and fire-hazardous enterprises is presented. In the organizational management system, which has an informal nature of interaction between the management body and managed facilities, it becomes necessary to take into account the shortcomings (errors) of personnel for certain types of safety (fire and industrial safety, labor protection), performing the function of monitoring compliance with the established requirements of regulatory legal acts and regulatory documents in relation to personnel who are part of the production structural divisions at explosion- and fire-hazardous enterprises. An example is demonstrated with the display of scenarios with flaws (errors) in one of the types of safety (fire and industrial safety, labor protection), confirming the facts of damage to other interacting individual types of safety.
