Complete response of multicentric reticulohistiocytosis treated with tofacitinib
We report a woman who had multicentric reticulohistiocytosis with articular and skin manifestations that did not respond to classical treatments. Tofacitinib was prescribed, and complete clinical resolution was achieved. We discuss the use of Janus kinase inhibitors for the treatment of multicentric reticulohistiocytosis and the risk of malignancy.
