Research and application of welding residual stress test of steel bifurcation based on magnetic method
The principle of magnetic measurement of residual stress and the application of magnetic anisotropy (MA) sensor are analyzed. The principal mechanical stress difference (DPMS) can be used to evaluate the elimination or homogenization of residual stress before and after hydraulic test. The feasibility, high efficiency and reliability of the magnetic measurement method are verified by measuring the residual stress of the 2# steel bifurcation before and after the hydraulic test in Jinyun pumped storage power Station.
