Cost Analysis and Economic Factors in Transformer Design and Production
Transformers are important components of power systems. This study compares the costs associated with different parts of the transformer. The cost of different components in a power transformer can vary greatly depending on many factors, such as transformer size, capacity, power rating, construction materials, and manufacturing. Factors such as transformer core, windings, insulation, cooling systems, labor costs, and other equipment are all considered. The goal of this study is to compare the prices of various products and analyze the economic factors influencing transformer production and design. Understanding these costs is important for increasing competitiveness in the transformer industry. This work enables transformer manufacturers to identify the cost ratio of the different parts and potential cost-optimization opportunities.
