On-line Monitoring and Fault Diagnosis System for Nuclear Power Terminal Blade Vibration Based on Spectrum Analysis

The working condition of steam turbine is changeable, the shape of its last stage blade is distorted, the spatial structure is complex, and the flow field in its flow passage is complex. So there are many problems in the fault monitoring and diagnosis of the last stage blade of steam turbine. The traditional run-test-repair process can not find defects online. In order to keep the workload of off-line maintenance and testing to a low limit, In this paper, a tip timing system is constructed to monitor the last stage blades of nuclear steam turbines. An advance spectrum analysis technology is adopted to carry out real-time acquisition and analysis on that vibration signal of the blade, Comparing the extracted blade vibration information with the fault feature information in the database, So as to accurately judge the cause, degree, type, location and other information of the blade fault.
