Enhancing performance appraisal in CBSE Schools through HR Analytics
In the evolving educational landscape, effective performance appraisal systems are critical for ensuring the quality of teaching and overall institutional success. This abstract provides an overview of how HR analytics can transform performance appraisals for CBSE school teachers, highlighting the potential benefits and future research opportunities. It’s an effort to integrate HR analytics into the performance appraisal process for teachers in CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) schools. The study explores the application of HR analytics to gather and analyze various performance metrics, including teaching effectiveness, student feedback, and professional development activities. By employing statistical and machine learning techniques, the research identifies key performance indicators (KPIs) that are predictive of teaching excellence and student outcomes. The findings suggest that HR analytics can significantly enhance the appraisal process by providing a comprehensive view of teacher performance. This approach not only offers a more objective basis for evaluations but also aids in identifying areas for professional growth and development.
