Perspectives on Fintech Adoption in Developing Economies from Indian User Behaviour
Fintech confronts traditional models to produce a viable way to address the persistent global issue of financial inclusion. The study elucidates how fundamental factors social, influence, perceived ease of use (PEOU), usefulness (PU) and resource availability (RA) act to determine use behaviour by concentrating on important variables. Results indicate that 24.5 percent consistency in users’ intentions to actual usage for Digital Fintech Services (DFS), while 11.5 percentage of user’s consistency ensued predicted usage of Fintech that manifests substantial explanatory power. According to key findings, behavioural intention is significantly predicted by performance expectancy and social influence being primarily driven by perceptions of enhancing societal status.
