Female patient of 8 months of age, without relevant background, she was taken to the emergency department by her parents due to episodes of pain abdominal and vomiting during the last 8 hours. The father said that the girl seemed to be relatively well between one and another episodes. Additionaly, mentioned two events of bloody stools.
