AI and IOT Integration for Enhanced Pesticide Detection in Organic Agriculture
Pesticide contamination in the agricultural sector is impacting public health due to its extensive use food, drinking water, and the environment has become one of the world's most serious issues for human public health. As a result, it is crucial and necessary to identify and analyze pesticides in food. This paper presents AI (Artificial Intelligence) and IOT (Internet of Things) Integration for Enhanced Pesticide Detection in Organic Agriculture. The goal of this project is to use sensors and Arduino technology to provide real-time pesticide level detection. This strategy highlights the significance of keeping an eye on food safety and gives customers useful information about the safety of the food they are consuming. Triad spectroscopy sensor, pH sensor and Gas sensors are used to detect the pesticide residue in the food. The Effective method and financially viable method of managing and gathering data from the sensors is integrating with Arduino platform. The system is a useful instrument in the continuous endeavor to guarantee the safety of agricultural products because of its embedded programming capabilities and real-time analytic capabilities.
