AI-Driven System for Real-Time Transformation of Web Applications into Mobile-Friendly Versions

In this paper, I present a novel approach for dynamically transforming Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML) content to create mobile-friendly web pages using generative AI. Traditional methods for responsive web design rely on pre-defined Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) frameworks and media queries to adjust the layout and appearance of web content for different devices. These methods often require significant manual effort and do not always accommodate the dynamic and complex nature of modern web applications, particularly those with interactive elements. My approach leverages a fine-tuned Generative Pre-trained Transformer 2 (GPT-2) model to intelligently adapt and transform HTML content, including complex elements like dropdowns, forms, and other interactive components, to enhance usability on mobile devices. By automating the transformation process, this method reduces the need for extensive manual intervention, providing a scalable and efficient solution for maintaining responsive web applications. I offer a thorough explanation of the process, outlining the specific stages of data preparation, model training, and deployment. Through experiments and results, I demonstrate the effectiveness of this approach in various scenarios, showcasing significant improvements in user experience and interaction on mobile devices. This paper contributes to the field of web development by introducing an AI-driven solution that addresses the limitations of traditional responsive design techniques, paving the way for more adaptive and intelligent web content transformation.
