Design and Implement Opinion Mining Approach: Using Deep Learning for Large Scale Data
Sentiment Analysis (SA), commonly known as opinion mining, constitutes a segment of machine learning tasked with discerning the overall sentiment conveyed in a word, text, phrase, paragraph, or even an entire document. Leveraging machine learning algorithms and natural language processing methods, SA extracts subjectivity-related information from documents and categorizes them based on polarity, such as positive, negative, or neutral sentiments. SA proves invaluable for businesses seeking to analyze various texts or reviews to glean opinions about their brands, as well as for stock markets aiming to forecast stock trends.More recently, Deep Learning Techniques have gained traction in this field due to their promising ability to accurately decipher emotions from videos, audios, and textual data found on the internet. This paper presents experiments conducted using various deep learning techniques to enhance the extraction of opinions and emotions from audio databases like UrbanSound8k, RAVDESS, and others alike.
