Design and Simulation of Inset Cut Slots Antenna for Beyond 5G Applications

This paper presents and reviews the design and simulation of advanced 5G and 6G antennas. 5G and other new opportunities will help to connect most of the existing devices and create a balance between systems and users based on technology, needs and requirements. This requires wide bandwidth and reliable progress. Therefore, microwave frequency between 200 and 500GHz is analyzed for 5G and above, so the potential of both can be obtained from here. Polyamide is used as a lowfrequency, high-efficiency substrate, and PEC is used as the material to make high-quality antennas to achieve high gain. Model simulations were performed using CST Microwave Studio. This design uses inset cut slots on front side and connected ring structure on the back side. The gain is improved to produce 18.9dBi. At 441.87GHz, the S11 parameter is -43.92dB. Many research papers talk about technology upgrades beyond 5G and 6G. The advantages and disadvantages of the design are also discussed. The bandwidth is 4GHz. As with many of the models discussed in section 1 and 2, the novelty of this paper is the simplicity of design, ease of fabrication, reduced losses due to lack of aperture, and availability of operation and basic equipment.
